A properly maintained septic system and a healthy, clean environment in your yard and property is just a phone call away! According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA):

You should have a typical septic system inspected at least every 3 years by a professional and your tank pumped as recommended by the inspector (generally every 3 to 5 years).

Our prices are reasonable and our service is the best in the business. Ask us about our "Friends & Neighbors” discount. When three or more friends or neighbors schedule their septic tank pumping at the same time and in the same area, the first caller receives a discount. Pumping your septic tank is the most important aspect of maintaining your septic system. Most septic systems should be pumped out every 2 or 3 years depending on the size of the tank and the number of people using the system. (In some cases when a large number of people are using a small tank, the tank needs to be pumped annually or semi-annually). If the septic tank is neglected, solid waste will escape from the septic tank into the drainage system. The solids will plug up the perforations in the leach lines and the soil itself.  If the system is compromised, you’d wish you had regularly maintained your septic system. At a an equivalent cost of under $20/month it’s a small price to pay compared to the thousands of dollars you’ll have to pay to repair or replace your system.

The septic tank is usually buried in the ground in the yard near your house.
Septic tanks are generally buried 1-2 feet under the ground. We can dig and expose the septic tank for a nominal fee. Sometimes the homeowner prefers to dig out the cover to the septic tank before we arrive to pump. If the tank is more than 12 inches deep, we will recommend that a "riser" be installed on the cleanout opening(s). A riser is an extension that brings the cover closer to the ground surface, making it easier to locate and dig up every time the tank is pumped. It also saves the homeowner future digging fees. Our team is trained and experienced in installing risers.

Having trouble locating your septic tank?
Our team is equipped with the most modern tank locating equipment. Don’t worry, we will find your tank. After we locate the tank, excavate the cover, and pump out the tank, we will record the tank’s location for future reference.

“Regular pumping helps prevent solids from escaping into the drainfield and clogging soil pores. While pumping frequency is a function of use, Mass DEP recommends that systems be pumped at least once every three years for homes not having a garbage disposal. If the home's system has a garbage disposal, it should be pumped every year.”
